Hi All, I need a little help πŸ˜‰
Is there any plugin available (similar to Cris Fullmer's Random Scale plugin) which is able to randomly scale along only one particular axis, for example respectively here in height along the Z-axis? -

One way would be JPP Random.

        Mid afternoon.

Most of fredo's tools have many extra options.
One of them here is Random in the top toolbar.

thank you Box that you - already or still? - are awake and present me this great and unexpected suggestion.
I only get a uniform scaling to Z with this tool - how do I achieve the random variance shown by you?

πŸ˜† I have always been too stupid to understand time conversion!!!! πŸ˜†
OUCH!!! I have never noticed or found this "more options" button on this Fredo Tool.
Thanks Box, this is exactly what I've been looking for and works perfectly for me !!!!!!! πŸ‘ πŸ‘

Try out the rest of the options, taper is the fastest way to make chocolate.

Thanks!! too bad that for example "to taper" does not trigger for me any language association since IΒ΄m not a native English speaker πŸ˜„ IΒ΄ll start playing with all these options !!!! (not only because I like chocolate πŸ˜„ )

                (your GIFs are great!)

If preserving component definition (cube) is important - use random select plugin + scale.
Another option (even better) is Profile Builder applied on multiple edges (with random length)

                    Thank You RV1974 πŸ‘

I understood what you said about preserving component definitions, however not the "Profile Builder" procedure - would be curious to know more about it.

PB would build build assemblies/profiles along multiple paths. Search "profile builder sketchup" on youtube
