Trouble editing "tags" in the "entity info" Box

I did a the minor upgrade yesterday and all seemed to be working smooth. as I am working today I notice that edits I'm making to the names of tags we're just reverting to whatever it was previous. So if I wanted it to have a new name/Tag I just changed it in whatever box I'm IN. Now it seems I have to make any edits or additions is the "tags" dialogue or they're not recorded or saved. I do understand the Mac OS, especially the newer maybe prone. this is one of those small things, however annoying.

This isn't a bug. They removed the option to create tags and edit their names in Entity Info. You now have to do that in the Tags panel making it consistent with the Windows version.
You should read the release notes to see what else is new in 2021.1.
BTW , your profile indicates you are still using 2015. Maybe you could update that.

"This isn't a bug." it can't be a bug if it's intentional, however it bugs me, but i'll get used to it. make sense trying hard to improve consistency among tools and cross platform. so when do us Mac users get all our sticky pallets organized and anchored?
