Cutting plane view

How do I see the complete cutting plane toolbar on a Mac? All I see is the cutting plane, and I want to be able to toggle the cutting plane on and off.

Go to View>Tool Palettes and select the Sections tool palette. Or Go to View>Customize and drag those tools up to the top toolbar area.
