What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile indicates 2019 Free/Make which doesn't exist.
If you read the user instructions you will see that Clothworks shows up in the Context menu when you right click on a group or component. There's also a toolbar for it.

Yes, I'm using Free/ Make which expires end of today. I know that the extension is installed but it does not show up in contextual menu. I do have a toolbar but no way to assign cloth or collision.

So not Free/Make but the 30-day trial period. What will you do at the end of today when the 2019 trial ends? Are you planning to get 2021? If so, please be aware that Clothworks is being updated to work in SketchUp 2021.

Are you right clicking on a group or component? Clothworks won't show in the context menu unless you are right clicking on a group or component.

I already purchased a license for Sketchup. For now, not sure if I'll upgrade or keep using 2019. Eventually will upgrade.
I did click on 2 separate groups, nothing doing. I have to pick this up again on Sunday, gotta travel. Any advice or feedback would be most appreciated. -
I had a working Clothworks license prior to its latest revision and prior to SketchUp 2021. Now that I am using SU 2021, I downloaded the latest (and apparently working) revision of Clothworks, but it doesn't seem to recognize my previous license. And, I do know how to "upgrade" my Clothworks license. Any suggestions?

Hello,
Please update to the latest version of SketchUcationTools: https://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download
If the above does not work, try resetting your licensing cache, and then activating again. You can refer to the steps here, Known Issues section, #3: https://antonsynytsia.github.io/manuals/ClothWorks/license_manual_v174.pdf
Thanks,

Maybe this will help someone else...seems the context menu does not show up if you have groups within groups. I extracted the inner groups (Table Top & Table Cloth) so they appear at the top level of the outliner heirarchy as follows.
Here is a concrete example that didnt work
MyModel
TableGroup
-> Table Top
-> Table ClothI exploded the TableGroup and the menu appears
MyModel
-> Table Top
-> Table Cloth
