2021 problem on install

su pro subscription
currently running 2020 pro
trying to upgrade to 2021 proInstalled using "run as administrator"

Upon starting for the first time given the message to sign in.
I do so and receive the message that I am "signed in to all things trimble"

Then when I try to run su I receive this message.
so I signed out and in again, and restarted my computer and tried again and tried to install again using the fix option.
Same result.any thoughts on whats going on?

ahhh shoot! I did not try to enter classic licence... I will try that. Sorry if this was a false alarm.
I tried the classic license tab and I do not have a classic lic. so I clicked on subscription tab and it says I have an active license so I am still stuck.
??*** Now I tried to use my 2020 version and I am getting the same message. Is this a Trimble problem and it was just a coincidence that it happened when I installed 2021?

Yeah, I had the same thing, wanted to run 2021 in trial mode until I felt comfortable with it, but couldn't (it may be the classic ID10T problem?) so ended up upgrading my 2020 perpetual license to 2021 perpetual, so I guess I'm stuck with 2021 whether I like it or not.
