Dimensioning in LayOut

Is there a way or a PlugIn in LayOut to set radius or diameter?
What about a plugIn setting automaticly a text label for area?i think I once saw a plugIn for this in SketchUp but cannot find it

There isn't currently a radius or diameter dimension in LayOut. I know that it has been requested (because I requested it) so hopefully it will be implemented eventually.
I don't know how an extension in SU would help. When I need to create a radius or diamter dimension I just do it manually with a label.
