How do I open animator manually?

I closed Animator and now it won't open no matter how many times I re-open Sketchup(2019). I even re-installed the plugin.
That aside just before I closed it I had the problem where I went back to non-animator view and my mode moved to a different part of the scene and started playing the animation from there. Frustrating stuff.
If possible I would also like to know loading works after finishing and saving an animation.

Maybe you just need to turn on the toolbar? View>Toolbars>Fredo6_Animator
