Arc Tool

Greetings! I'm having difficulties with the Arc tool. No matter where I click to start the arc, 9 out of 10 times it draws the part of the arc I don't want, i.e., if I want an arc from A to B clockwise, I get A to B counterclockwise. What am I doing wrong?

Just draw a Plane help first - Group it -
Draw your Arc will be more easy for choose the good placement!
Kill the temporary plane
Will be the same facilities for the other arcs methods drawing!

You are referring to the Arc tool, not the 2-Point Arc tool that Pilou is referring to, correct?
I have seen that once in a great while but I disremember how I solved it. I tried setting up a situation where that happens but apparently haven't hit on the right one because I can't force it. Can you share an example file where it goes the wrong way?

Etaoin: I found out I was not using the correct arc tool, and when I did, it behaved correctly. Sorry to bother you all with a dumb question, but that's what Newbie forums are for. Thanks for your reply. JA
