Copy line with CTRL+Move tool on Mac

I'm on a Mac trying to copy a line with CTRL+Move tool, and it brings up a context menu instead of letting me copy the line. I need to be able to copy it this way so I can tell it how far I want it from the original line.

On the Mac it's Option not Ctrl that activates Copy with Move and Rotate.
Pay attention to the bottom left of the screen. It'll tell you what the modifier keys are for the current tool.
