How can I make a floor like this?

Hi guys, I need to do a floor like the attachments and even few beams on the ceiling....do you know where I can find a PBR like that? Or do you have any ideas?

No is not going to work I need a bigger image to use it, the space I need to cover is pretty big and will be to repetitive

Try SketchUPtextureclub. You have to look through a lot of textures (close up view) to see if it has the features you want. Some of the textures have specular, AO, bump maps etc.
