      I changed the studio setup a bit and changed the car subtly.

                Thanks folks, the studio is an experiment and I am looking into several changes, slow going, being an old fart I get brain fade easily.

                  You need edges.
                  Everything is too smooth. Looks like nothing has thickness. A single skin model.
                  The glass is in perfect plane with the body, never happens. Glass finishes fairly sharp, gap, round edge of panel. Perhaps a rubber gasket...
                  Look at the whole design with that in mind.
