Fix axis to standard views

Can we adjust axes to standard views ?
It seems to return to original axes position when we clic on a standrd view button.

The Standard Views are fixed as is the location of the ground plane. By default the model axes are located such that the red/green plane lays on the ground plane with solid green running off into the distance in the standard front view. While you can change the axis orientation and location, that has no impact on the Standard Views or ground plane.
