Here's the new design iteration! Decided to change the light composition to the render and I think it made a huge difference. Also used a tree to hide the imperfection of the projection mapping of the contextual house.

          Cheers,
          Steve

              Gotta love the 'Fudge Factor'
              It's a beautiful render.

As I have said before nice work. I am curious where did you source the trees and you created the grass in sketchup, how?

Thanks Liam, the trees and grass both come from Enscape. Anything named grass in the sketchup material will generate grass and the trees come from their Asset Library, which is similar to Lumion.

Enscape is designed to be kinda smart, I mean one might use "Key words" in material name and Enscape translates it to appropriate material type. I.e. all materials including "Grass" in their name will be covered and so rendered with grass!. The same story about "Metal", "Plastic", "Glass", "Water" etc.
Also as displayed in 3rd image, you can fill your model with Enscape proxies and while rendering it derives data from the Enscape repository and renders them drastically realistic.
FYI please have a look at: https://enscape3d.com/knowledgebase/sketchup/

PS: seems we both answered the same question simultaneously!
