Rescaling

Hi,
I did a sketch but I mistaked and did all in meters, but I wanted to have centimeters.
Is it possible to rescale it?
I usually use the rescale tool tu change the size but there I don't know exactly how to rescale it because for example there is 4,96 meter lenght, but I need only 49,6 centimeters.
Since I would like to send this sketch to the laser metal manufacture, I've to rescale it to avoid misunderstandings and getting a too big final work

use the tape measure, measure a part and instead of the shown measure, say if 1.2m, type .12m, enter then except the re-scale dialog

You can also select the whole model and use the scale tool, grab the corner and move in then type .1 and hit enter.

but you said ''tape .1'', does it mean 0.1?
should I press ''shift'' when moving? or another button?p.s. the scale tool is this one right?

using the scale tool, as per your .jpg, select a corner then move towards the opposite then type 0.1 as per Box.
Otherwise use the measure tool and measure a part and type the correct measure including units you want and except the new scale as per dialogue activated by this action -

I tryed to rescale by selecting a corner then moving towards then type 0.1 as per Box. This worked but as the figure was 4.89m, once rescaled to 0.1 it measures now 0.49m, so it seems to be bigger of 1mm. Is it an aproximation? Did the rescaling tool a perfect rescale even if he didn't write the correct value?I also tryed the 2nd way, using the tape measure: I measured a 4.89m part and instead of the shown measure, I typed 0.489 in the box and hitted ''enter'', but nothing changed. I verified the new measure, it said 0.49m, so it seems he also added this 1mm extra.
Usualy, if the distance is approximative, the box says an approximative sign like ''~'', but in this case it's not like that, so I'm worrying if sketchup did really add this 1mm extra or if it's just a way that the box is using because sketchup cannot be more precise when downscaling with that scale...
p.s. what does ''except the re-scale dialog'' means?

If your model is set in meters draw a line one meter long, go to window/info on the model/units/ chose millimeters/close.
Use the tape toll on the line, it tells you 1000 mm/ type 1+ enter and agreed redimension. Done -
