Hi all,

I don't know if this has happened to anybody else:
sometimes, and with no apparent reason, the move tool suddenly stops snapping to the axes.
when it happens, it never comes back for the specific file. Once I open a new one it works perfectly

does anybody have any idea?
Not a native speaker, point out my spelling (or other) mistakes, I won't be offended!!!

turn HW acceleration off. happened to me in both 2018 and 2019

Did you perhaps mean "turn Fast Feedback off" in the OpenGL? Hardware acceleration is required as of SketchUp 2017 and can't be turned off!
