Cannot log in to Sketchucation store. FIXED.

For some reason my Sketchucation login does not work for the store, cannot update plug ins. A nuisance but not the end of the world.

You occasionally need to reconfirm the PluginStore's login separately from the main forum login.
They share the username/password...Have you tried doing the separate login ?

Yes, this is what I have been doing but so far nada, works for the main site but not for the store. I changed the password to see if that might help but not as yet.

I suppose it is about the extension store plugin. Have you installed the SU 2019 compatible v3.1.6 version? https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=SketchUcationTools

I have the latest version but I do not have su2019 so even if I had not, it should not be relevant. Just a darn nuisance rather than a problem.

Sorted, changed the password again and everything is working now.

Thank you for the info. I have no clue what have caused it....
My next tip would be to erase all your login tokens from the SketchUcation store database but as it is sorted now I'll leave it as it is. -
