is it possible to add the command view top in the toolbar view

By default, the Top view is included in the Views toolbar.
If you aren't seeing that, perhaps the Top view button has been removed from the toolbar. Reset the toolbar by going to View>Toolbars, highlighting the Views toolbar and clicking Reset.

actually I had only 5 icons instead of six in the toolbar view. The reset has reappeared this sixth icon. I did not know the manipulation so thank you
