Urgent - vray not rendering

hello people, i need help urgently
yesterday another guy gave me a 2018 skp model, but i'm working with vray 3.4 (skp 2017) and i asked him to save as 2017 model, the problem begans when i tried to start rendering. Skp/vray not rendering at all, if i start a new project this works without problem, but if i got skp 2018 models converted to 2017 i got this error:
