SketchUp freezes when quitting the application

I've had this problem persist through various versions of SKP, currently on latest 2018, on a Mac running 10.10.5. When I quit, Skp freezes, so then I have to force quit. Almost every time.
Any thoughts out there?

Often this is due to a misbehaving extension. Try turning off all your extensions in the Extension Manager and see if the problem continues. If not, start enabling them half at a time until the issue reappears to isolate the offender.
