Vray 3.6 rendering progress bar 100 % but still rendering

Hi all,
I am sketchup 2018 and Vray 3.6 .
the progress bar 100 % but the frame buffer right top icon still in red ( show 50 ).
It take cannot finished after 15 hrs .
1 force to stop . it show a lot of grain .
Please help -
