I am using Fredo and have successfully created a terrain from .dwg topographical points.... then bugsplat 😑 I have a file saved to this point but anxious to avoid repetition of crash, I took old 'pre-terrain' file and have it back at the point of all the points in a group but when I go to 'Create Terrain' the area selected is far smaller than my whole terrain. I know there are 3 red boundary Contours to choose from: Convex Hull - Concave Hull - Best fit Rectangle but how do I alter or create a boundary the right size? The time I got to make Topo work before, I never had this problem. It formed the terrain automatically to the right boundary. Now no matter which CONTOURS box I select it simply produces a small od area centre plan and this is the only bit that goes green..... Anybody know?? How to set a boundary to suit?? Thanks

It would be a whole lot easier to help you identify the problem if you would share the SKP file. Otherwise we can only guess.

![This is the point that shows that the "Contours" do not match the landscape. How do I enlarge the "Contours" to suit the plan? I tried to upload the file but it says it was too large. Then I tried to upload a .tiff; it said that .tiff was not allowed so I am sending a .jpeg](/uploads/imported_attachments/dFae_LandscapeFredo6.jpg "This is the point that shows that the "Contours" do not match the landscape. @try2

I would suggest you copy the model and remove the big image, so that it can get smaller and you can attach it to the thread or PM it to me.

For TopoShaper, make sure that that the group only contains the construction points, and, if you wish to impose a perimeter, a FACE (or several) which gives the surrounding contour.
