If you are using Chrome, it was suggested on the SketchUp Community board that it might be because Skalp has is still using HTTP instead of HTTPS.

A milestone for Chrome security: marking HTTP as “not secure”

We're marking all sites that are not encrypted with HTTPS as “not secure”.

Chrome will just change the favicon to an i with a circle around it and note 'Not secure' for any http sites starting with version 68. This is something else. If you are running v68 you will see it with this site.

Without republishing their site the quickest way for them to go secure (https) would be to enable Cloudflare on their site, it can route a std http site through their servers to produce a https one.

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark allies, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.
