Hi,
I've read a lot of topics here and elsewhere and have no clue on that.
How vray render my texture that it's still not the scale that I've set?
Everything is shown on picture. Good people, please help.

Left view is withe the texture set properly but after render it's very small, tiled ;/

If that is group or component try exploding it first and see if a scale of that texture is changed.
Also, are the faces of your floor object inverted?
