        Great model. πŸ‘
For floorplan, you could use cross section so we can see doors and windows. 😎

Brilliant, no need for section view at all.

Great job. Had to chuckle at the "cabin" in the title. Doesn't really look like the cabins in the places I've lived. πŸ˜† πŸ‘

Yes, that was the idea, to not look like any other cabin out there.

I really like your houses and your SketchUp presentation, they are getting better.

Off topic: I would like to know how to do a floor plan section in a house like this, specially how to show different floor levels as well different high windows/doors.

Great design and presentation. I often forget how powerful the basic SketchUp texturing and lighting is.

Thank you, call me a purist but i feel that once i give my design to a render program then the finished drawing stops being mine, i prefer to keep it pure Sketchup.

Really nice design, Hector. I like the contemporary approach you took (as opposed to the ubiquitous logs). You'll probably need a few diagonals on those steel columns. A few comments.

                        1. consider introducing another species of wood. I once stayed in a cabin where the entire interior (doors, walls, cabinets, ceilings, etc.) were the same wood. It was nice wood, but overkill.
                        2. bathrooms tend to be very humid places at times, so you might reconsider the wood walls in there.
                        3. making a full sized bed that's pushed up against a wall aint easy - you might consider adding a few feet to those bedrooms.
                        4. How does one get down to the river to go tubing? πŸ˜„

                        My avatar is an anachronism.
