If you change a camera position in a model's scene, and then update model reference in the associated LO file, you would expect the viewport linked to that scene to automatically update. However, it rarely seems to work for me. ๐Ÿ˜ž But then I tried re-check-marking the scene in the viewport's context menu and got success. ๐Ÿ˜„

If it didn't update the viewport after clicking Update Model Reference or updating the reference in Document Setup>References, you've most likely modified the viewport so it is no longer connected to the scene. It would show the word 'modified' preceding the scene name in the SketchUp Model window. Modifying the scene in LO disconnects it from the original scene in SketchUp so a change to the SU scene shouldn't be expected to show in the viewport. This is one reason why I always harp on avoiding modifying scenes in LO.
