SketchUp 2018 shortcut key is invalid？

With SketchUp 2018, sometimes all shortcuts are invalid. Only restarting SketchUp can work properly. What is the reason?

Very likely this is due to incorrect installation. On Windows, correct installation of SketchUp involves right clicking on the installer EXE and selecting Run as administrator. Did you do that? If not or you aren't sure, do it now.
If you don't use Run as administrator from the context menu during installation, you can get all sorts of strange results. Note: simply being logged in as administrator is not the same thing.
