Assign shortcut to extension

Does anybody know how to assign a shortcut to an extension if it not shows up under Window/Preferences/Shortcuts/Function ? (Pro-2016) All Sketchup functions and a lot of extensions are showing up, but not all and certainly not the one I like to assign.

Does the extension require that something be selected before you start it? If so, select that kind of entity in the model and the search for the menu item in Shortcuts.
The same thing would apply to creating shortcuts for native Context menu items.
