      hello all,

      i want to create a metal wash basin but unable to create realistic metal material below i attached the image of metal basin.

        I don't know what the name for this metal work is but why not use a texture that's already made? or start with one anyway and work with it in a image editor. Search on web for hammered bronze texture gives a lot examples. Or would these just not match exactly enough. Looks like for this piece a different texture needs to be used for the rim, but the base color would be the same.

          i already used hammered metal textures but it is not exactly matching. should i use any map like bump or opacity ? i am new to vray so please help...
