              I agree, fantastic work!

So, is it all modelled in Sketchup and then exported as vector artwork, or are just a few of the elements modelled in Sketchup?

This is truly fun to look at! Bravo!

Is there any chance we might be able to see the SU model screenshots before post began?
                So curious.

                Again, congratulations.

                  Thank you guys! ๐Ÿ˜„

@Hieru Its all moddeled in sketchup and rendered in sketchup too! I grab multiple channels like - color/clay/lines/profiles/shadows and just render a occlusion pass on Vray to mix all together in PS. But 99% of the work is done directly on Sketchup ๐Ÿ˜„

@duanekemp yes! Ill try to attach a image of sketchup down here

Along with the two posts above mine, Iโ€™d be interested in seeing some tips on your workflow. Obviously, start with parallel projection for camera view...

Wow that some really great linework you got going, how long do you spend hiding/showing certain lines you want in Geometry? I am somewhat more lazy, I export all lines and then re-draw them how I need in Photoshop.

Wow! I didn't imagine so much of the work would be done in SUp.

There is a quite a lot of difference in the quality of the line work (between SUp and the final images). That's why I assumed that you had exported to Illustrator. Is this done by simply exporting at a really high resolution and then scaling down?

Hi Rodrigo, there is an artist here in Western Australia called: Horatio T Birdbath ( yes that his legal name). He works in 2d on mainly walls. I kinda, sorta find some similarities. His work is also amazing ๐Ÿ‘

Hey Liam, i actually don't spend thaat long. I use AMS Soften Edges, and it helps me a lot hidding the edges i dont need to show over. And in render phase i separate the edges and profiles channels so at the final image i lighten the edges and multiply the profiles on photoshop to give a cool look. ๐Ÿ˜„

Hieru, about the quality of the lines, yes! Thats about it, i usually export the final image as big as i can get from Sketchup (9800x5400 something like that, for me here Sketchup dont support bigger size over 9999px) and them i mix them up on Photoshop.

Hahahah! By the way that guy artwork is awesome! ๐Ÿ˜„D

Brilliant images, they put a smile on my face too. All of those artists make a positive contribution to the happiness level of those who see them and in my book that puts them on the top shelf of humanity.
