I hope all is well on the Emerald Isle after the passing of Ophelia.

It didn't hit too bad. Gusts got intense at times and sadly 3 people died because of trees falling.
It hit coasts worse but again nothing like the damage you would see when it hit other places.
Still power problems and phoneline issues but largely it is business as usual.

Having been through a few over the years I was concerned.
Having a bit of giggle at my Scottish friend who started his annual holiday in a camp site on the coast of wales just as she was coming in. -
Not sure how camping would've been but people were swimming here yesterday.
He didn't win the Darwin Award. Very easily could've though.
