My office has been having a recurring problem - we periodically lose network connections between the computers and networked printers. I am convinced this is a result of Windows 10 automatic updates. It's the only solution I can think why things are okay one day and not the next (and where these settings are to be found is beyond some of my co-workers ken, so I know they aren't making the changes).

Anyone else have this problem? I've searched the internet but cannot find it (but can find other problems associated with Windows 10 updates!). Which means I cannot find a solution, either.

Win10 networking never worked correctly for us.

Both networked PCs and Printers were a pain to manage.

Takes ages to make connection. Find the network no problem but connecting is hit and miss.

Trying to find out how to fix it is a mess too. The troubleshooter does nothing.

Yeah, that troubleshooter is good at identifying if there is a problem, but can never identify exactly what the problem is, which means its a failure as a troubleshooter. All-in-all, I think Windows 10 is more trouble than it's worth. Makes me glad I didn't upgrade my home computer.
