Need help instaling VRAY

I've been trying to install vray on a new conmputer but so far no luck, i'm using the trial version of both sketch up 2016 and v ray 2.0 on a windows 8 (64x) computer but it keeps showing me this message:

Does anyone know whatnam i doing wrong
