Drawhelix 14 not working in 2017 pro

I have installed the plugin DrawHelix14.rb placed it in the plugins folder and it
does not work or even appear in the toolset, I also converted it to .rbz and still nothing. I see it in the Extensions Manager but its greyed out and unsigned. Any one knows how to get it working for Sketchup 2017 Pro?

I think you must not have installed it correctly. Or is it that it doesn't show in the menu where you expect it? It is found in the Draw menu. The attached GIF was done in SU2017.
Which Plugins folder did you put it in?
When you converted it to RBZ (which isn't actually required) how did you do that?
