Help! Multipass compositing+Denoiser Vray 3.4

Hello,
I just upgraded some weeks ago to vray 3.4 and I am having trouble with multipass compositing.
All my elements are very noisy and the only one I can use is the Denoiser element. The rest are too noisy and the image wont look good if I combine them in post.
How am I supposed to work with the elements now? I would like to get the different layers without noise please!
is there any way to get a clear image without using the Denoiser?
Also, in 3Ds max there is an option to refresh the Denoiser after the rendering is done, avoiding to render the whole image again. It seems that the refresh button is missing in SU?
