New Plugin - how can I list it here?

Hi folks,
It is not at all obvious to me - sorry if I've missed something - but I can't see how I can list a plugin we've developed on Sketechucation.
Can anyone please guide me on the process?Thanks in advance,

Hi George,
First you need to apply for Plugin Author registration. After you are registered as a Plugin Author you will have access to the "PluginStore"'s administration area where you can upload your plugins and edit the descriptions for your plugins. To register as a plugin author you need to contact Rich O Brien. I'll let him know about your request.

Hi,
I'd love to, but I can't seem to. I went to messages, but can't make any because I have not participated enough, according to the automatic message.The plugins I wish to list can be found on lasuapps.com
Videos explaining the plugins are there.One is an extension of features and bug fixes that is based on the open source Layers Panel - available on this site - but which now maintains it. It is called Layers Organizer.
The other is Cross Reference Organizer - which allows for teams to work collaboratively on a project by Cross referencing each other's work in place in the model space. It has considerable smarts to allow for mutual cross referencing of work without the problem of re-importing multiple copies overlaid in the model space.
Please let me know what you'd like me to do.

@LawArchitects: I've added you to the "Extension developers" group. After logging out from the site and logging in again on the main (https://sketchucation.com) page somewhere near the top right corner you will see a "Dev. Tools" menu point. This is the area where you can create new plugin entries and see the statistics of your plugins. On the forums index page (https://sketchiucation.com/forums) you will see a new forum named "PluginStore Authors" where you can find some useful information about how to upload plugins and if you have any further questions you can ask those there. That is an exclusive forum only for extension developers.

I have tried to log into the Dev Tools area, but it says I'm not listed as a plugin author.
[Tried again just now, but the link is gone.]
Additionally, I can't PM to reply to your PM, because the site won't let me - not enough posts/ activity.
The only way I see I can communicate is here.

Hi George,
Please log out from the site, log in again on the main page at https://sketchucation.com. Do you see menu point near to the upper right corner of the window named "Dev. Tools"? If yes, please click it. It should work now.
I also try to set your user to be able to send PMs...
