Window Transparency Problem

Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong here, or is this some bug?
I made a window, copied the component, painted the glass with glass material, and now some of them look dark and some of them look bright. What's wrong here? What's also strange is when I copy one of these dark windows, it goes back to normal, but when I copy more of them at once, they're still dark...

Please upgrade your profil!
You post a V17 file and show v16 in your profil!Always post a file skp in V6! "save as" (if they are not Dynamic Components inside)
PS And move your object(s) to the origine and not in the empty fareaway space!

At a guess you probably have more than one copy in the dark locations.

Oh God! Such an idiot. I'm going to kill myself. And I've been painting and repainting, exploding and grouping for like 40 minutes. I feel like such a fool now.
