Component appears at model origin instead of dragging in

I have a couple of 2D cornice profile components I've created but when I select one of these components for use in a model, they instantly appear at the model origin instead of allowing me to drag it into the file and place it where I want. Why?

You have given it a geolocation. Remove that and you can put it anywhere.

Ah ha. I never would of thought of checking the geo-location.
