      Can you modify your texture to go around a half circle.
      You can see my problem on the picture below. The straight pieces are no problem.

          I did one recently for a small bank project. This should explain what is going on.
          After subdividing your arc right click on your texture and you can position and rotate your texture.

          It may not be perfect but gets it done 99% of the time. β˜€
