It s a skin of pano2vr

pano2vr does a cube of 6 images in flash or html5, you can include gyro-funktion for mobile devices.
You can individually modify skins -
The environment came out beautifully realistic.

I've rendered a stereoscopic pano 6000x6000. here's a view of that one. Can't upload the pano. size is to big.

and a single pano: unfortunately stereo pano doesn't work there...
The effect in stereo is much better then single...
