I recently updated my SketchUp Make to V 16.1.1449 64-bit on my PC. When I did all of my preferences changed, No problem I changed them back. One change occurred that I am not able to find a solution for. This is the size and darkness of the text in my dimension lines. I have selected exactly what I want to see in "model info/dimensions" and this appears perfect on my screen. However when I print the model, the text in my dimensions goes microscopic and fades to light grey. I would appreciate any help that may be out there.

    Thank you.

It's kind of hard to tell without seeing the model. Could you share the SKP file?

I have attached the .SKP file "Interior exit" you will see that it looks perfect on the PC, however when I print it the text size shrinks dramatically and becomes grey. I did have this issue years ago and it went away with a version update. Now it would seem that I am paying my that back.

        Thanks for you help.

I expect the reason the text appears gray is because it is printing so small.

There are several things you could do. First setup to printer properties so you are printing in landscape format. That will make it print a little larger. The other, and I think better option would be to resize the drawing window to make it fit tightly around the drawing and dimensions. This means making it narrower. Then print in portrait mode. this will make the model come closer to filling the page. The best option would be to use LayOut.

Yes, I can do that. I have also oversized the dimension font so that the print is more suitable. However for the last 3 years before my update this was not an issue. Trying to determine if it is an issue with Sketchup or a setting in Sketchup. I have another PC that I didn't update (and it prints fine) So frustrating! I wish that I could take this PC back to Version 8. I do appreciate your efforts, Thank you!
