Extension Warehouse Error

I don't know if this post belongs here, but I couldn't find any Warehouse specific forum.
When I try to open Extension Warehouse I get:
Something went wrong during the authentication process.
Please contact system administrator. Reference ID: bafcecfc-ba81-43d2-a7ce-d49d8292c99aI don't know who the "system administrator" is so I'm hoping someone can give me some help.

I get that every so often, posted about it on sketchUcation as well. The first time Trimble support took more than the acceptable time to sort it out, they didn't in the end, it resolved itself after more than a week (about 2 or 3 weeks, don't recall specifically TBH). The last time SketchUp support (I don't know why the support platform changed) helped it worked like a charm

Never knew that existed
"Access to our technical support resources" would have been useful.
Fortunately, although I was never able to sign in with my Trimble account, I was able to sign in with my Google account and have not had any problem since.
