Model Out Of Plumb?

So I'm drawing away, modeling this roof structure, when .. all of a sudden I start noticing that the rafters plumb cuts, aren't anymore? I check other cuts and bevels, yep, they're not plumb (Blue direction) any more either. Other things are slightly off .. I can't really explain it, but I've been noticing this behavior with SUp 2016.
so what's happening? Did my axis get out of whack?
