Saveframe

Hello everyone,
there is a way to use a function like show saveframe in (3ds Max or Maya).
there is in Sketchup or Vray some function like that?
Because exporting of picture is related of the window of the program e the rander of Vray is link to the camera, time to time they doesn't match, so I have hard time with final compositing in photoshop, because the file don't overlap properly!Thank you for your time hope is not a re-post, but I didn't find anything about it.
