Trying To Purchase 2016

I'm trying to purchase 2016. I enter my past license Info, it says "looks like you have a newer license, click the button to resend license", I do, but then the screen grays out and nothing happens.
so what do I need to do next?

I get this message each time it opens,
and don't know much about file paths. Looks like I need to change 5 file paths??
