I have been asked to supply a plan sheet produced in Layout in DWG/DXF format as well as the usual PDF format.
I have exported from Layout (see attached window) to DWG in model space mode. However, when I open the exported file the background is black (concealing details also in black) and line weights look pretty thick - see second attached image. I've read through the various threads here & it seems a bit of a mine field of adjustments to get a result. Can anyone guide me or is it so much trouble I should decline to offer the file format?
NB. I no longer use ACAD but keep DraftSight on hand incase I need to read DWG/DXF files.

Export paper space and it preserves everything in Layout.
