Paint Bucket Tool Bar is Missing

I have been using the paint bucket tool bar with success up until today. I can press "B" and although the little bucket comes up, the box with the selections available will not pop up. I have tried to restart multiple times, it's not hiding behind any other programs either. I have searched for a fix for the last couple of hours to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just replace the Shortcut missing!
Menu Window / Preferences / Shortcuts/ Tools/ Paint Bucket

Thank you for the help. That doesn't seem to work either, or perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

I ended up reinstalling the program and I'm back in business.

Very likely the Materials window had gotten moved off screen. If it happens again, try this: go to Preferences>Workspace and click on Reset Workspace. Then try opening the Materials window again.
