Vray not responding

Hello,
I am intermediate/advanced in Sketchup but I'm having a real dumb problem. I cannot seem to render any scene out of this really basic model I made. I have tried exploding groups and components, deleting them altogether, simplifying the materials, and nothing has worked.
It is no more than a few scenes, but I cannot seem to get this to work. Furthermore, I am trying to add lights under the wooden fins on the wall which I haven't been able to render, and I think my model screwed up ever since I tried to add that. I deleted it, even copied it into a new file, but no luck.
Please help!
