How to do this?

I just can't figure out how to do this. I can do the basic flat shape but have no clue how to make it otherwise.
As you can see, it's round shaped.

I'll give it a try. I can make boxes just fine but these more complicated things are tearing me apart.

With only 4 curves : Extrude tools by TIG
With any number of curves : Curviloft by Fredo6If you want Thickness : Joint PushPull by Fredo6

For the extrude tool by TIG maybe Divide your line!
Right Click / Divide and make the same number of segments than your other curves! (generally the opposed curve)Recurve by Digssey for weld your Line divided but with keeping the number of segments!
