      I just can't figure out how to do this. I can do the basic flat shape but have no clue how to make it otherwise.

        I'll give it a try. I can make boxes just fine but these more complicated things are tearing me apart.

          With any number of curves : Curviloft by Fredo6

          If you want Thickness : Joint PushPull by Fredo6

              For the extrude tool by TIG maybe Divide your line!
              Right Click / Divide and make the same number of segments than your other curves! (generally the opposed curve)

              Recurve by Digssey for weld your Line divided but with keeping the number of segments!
