V-Ray not rendering the scene

Hi,
I am an architect and have been trying to render a project using v-ray.
The first time I tried rendering, it did render the scene but now ]hen I hit render, it just renders a blank screen with blueish and greyish display.
Please help.
I have uploaded the the image file to show how it renders.
also the scene image I am trying to render.
Please help and tell me what to do !!
